Legal Information
Please read these terms before using our website or our advertising services.
Last Updated: September 2026
Realty Growth Solutions LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("RGS," "we," "us"), runs this website and provides Meta advertising services to real estate agents. These Terms apply to anyone who uses this website, downloads our free resources, or books a call with us.
If you become a client, you will also sign our Client Agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls.
For clients, we:
We are not a real estate brokerage and do not represent buyers or sellers.
Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta using the client's own card. We never hold or handle ad spend.
Any monthly service fee, introductory rate, and billing date are set out in the client's signed Client Agreement. If a client has an introductory rate, we will remind them in writing at least 14 days before it ends, and they may cancel before the standard fee starts. We will give at least 30 days' written notice before changing a client's fee.
Clients can cancel at any time by written notice. Email or text counts. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. When a client cancels, we stop billing and stop running their campaigns. Fees for a month that has already started are not refunded, and ad spend already charged by Meta stays with the client.
If a client's campaign produces fewer than 10 Qualified Leads in the first 30 days after launch, we will keep managing the campaign for another 30 days at no service fee. Ad spend is not included and is always paid by the client to Meta.
A "Qualified Lead" is a person who submits a lead form from the campaign, gives a working phone number, and is located in or asks about property in the client's territory. Duplicates, test entries, spam, and other agents or vendors do not count.
The guarantee applies only if the client kept the daily budget at or above the agreed minimum for the full 30 days, approved ads within two business days, kept our access and their ad account payment method active, and was current on any service fees. It applies once per client and is not a refund of ad spend or any other money. Full terms are in the Client Agreement.
Apart from the 30-Day Lead Guarantee, we make no promises about the number of leads, appointments, closed deals, revenue, cost per lead, or return on ad spend, or about Meta approving ads or keeping accounts in good standing. Results depend on things outside our control, including the market, competition, pricing, how quickly leads are contacted, seasons, and changes Meta makes to its platform. Examples and results shown in our marketing are not a promise of your results.
You own your Facebook Page, your ad account, and your leads. We work through partner access that you grant inside Meta, and we never ask for your password. You can remove our access at any time from your Meta business settings. We keep our own methods, templates, and software and may keep using them for other clients.
Our free reports, videos, and website content are general education about real estate marketing. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission.
To the fullest extent the law allows, RGS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. For clients, any different limits in the Client Agreement apply instead.
We may update these Terms and will change the "Last Updated" date when we do. Changes do not alter a Client Agreement you have already signed.
Pennsylvania law governs these Terms. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking in good faith for 30 days. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
